Fabulous: pleasant, multilingual service, meal served quickly with fresh, local produce. The mixed salad as a starter was generous and the gazpacho succulent. The tender rabbit meat served with a multitude of well-cooked vegetables and the lake fish also accompanied by a generous side dish. Very good condiments, not at all greasy or heavy even with the starter, main course and dessert. I recommend it with closed eyes.

We spent 4 nights at the Locanda del Giglio in August 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 4 and had a family room (children aged 6 and 8). The staff were super friendly and the view from our room (and from the restaurant terrace) was simply fantastic! The restaurant serves good Italian food, but also great Indian food. The breakfast contained lots of fruit, yoghurt, tasty bread etc. The kids loved the pool. We brought our road bikes and did some short bike rides, which is great in the area. (With some challenging climbs).
